earthbb.com
NEW FEATURES: How do you keep fresh content on a website? Earth Bed and Breakfast now uses our special Alaska Event Calendar Cool Tool. Every month, the site is updated with the latest activities, festivals, arts and sporting events in southcentral Alaska. Visitors to the website can subscribe to the RSS feed with a single click. The new owners of the Earth Bed and Breakfast in Anchorage Alaska needed to upgrade from a web page in a directory site to their own, fully-functional website. In this competetive market, the site needed to look good, be search engine optimized and allow the owners to update the site when needed. We created the graphics that would enhance a great logo, and developed the visitor friendly lay-out to answer the questions that travelers want answered. With the design in place, the content management back-end was added and adapted for the clients ease of use. Angel and Lori had their website launched and running great in less than 2 weeks from contacting Crucible Designs.

healingheartscards.com
Its tricky to design a site when the subject is death and dying. Healing Hearts Cards is a unique company offering beautiful and sensitive sympathy greeting cards and needed a wholesale site to serve existing retailers and reach new contacts. We needed to focus on Healing Heart's Cards customers - the retailer. Moreover we needed to convince the customer AT FIRST GLANCE that these award winning cards are different! We created a site that focused on how the cards would meet the visitor's needs, added a robust content management back end and search engine optimized the site from day one. To meet needs we later added a retail shopping cart and continue to consult on promotional matters.

comehomealaska.com
The Mary Stephens real estate team at ComeHomeAlaska.com needed to transform a gorgeous but technically complicated website into a user-freindly template that could be managed with their tools of choice.
I adapted the existing website to be visitor and user-friendly. Mary's staff has done a great job keeping the website up-to-date and full of information.

articrosegallery.com
Artic Rose Gallery in Anchorage, Alaska needed a face for their Yahoo e-commerce website. This site required creating a flexible and beautiful design to work with a rather complicated back-end.
Ultimately the site needed to be visitor-friendly to make shopping and e-commerce successful. This site accomplishes all of it's goals.

jomaries.com
This is the webspace where I can throw things at the wall and see if it sticks. All the gadgets, gizmos and tools that I put in client websites get tested here first. If I can't use it, my clients sure can't.
The look changes on my whim because I don't have to design this for anyone other than myself. The guts of it though - that's where the cool stuff happens. From little snippets of code to big honking applications, JoMaries.com is always changing.
"This is the fun website. I get to try alot of different tools and technologies until things work." - JoMarie
